Maryland MyIR is a free website service that allows consumers to view and print copies of their official vaccination records directly from ImmuNet, Maryland's immunization information system. ImmuNet is used by healthcare providers to securely maintain vaccination records for Maryland residents of all ages.
Maryland MyIR was developed through a partnership between Maryland Department of Health and Scientific Technologies Corporation with support from the Department of Health and Human Services and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Vaccination records produced by Maryland MyIR come from information stored in ImmuNet. If you think your vaccination records are incorrect, contact your healthcare provider. Click the Help link above for all other questions.
